Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookies with dark, milk and white chocolate chunks

    brown sugar
  • 30g
    vanilla
  • 600g
    whole egg(s)
  • 1775g
    all-purpose flour
  • 15g
    baking soda
  • 20g
    sea salt
  • 800g
    pecan pieces

1. Cream the room temperature butter, sugars and vanilla with paddle until fluffy.
2. Add eggs slowly. Fold in the sifted flour, baking soda and salt.
3. Fold in Van Leer 4000 Count Semisweet Chocolate Chips, Van Leer 4000 Count Milk Chocolate Chips, Van Leer 1000 Count White Chocolate Chips and pecans.
4. Scoop on silpats and bake at 191C (375F) during 18 minutes.
 

*For extra chocolate flavors, dip them in melted Van Leer Ultimate dark and white compound snaps and drizzle chocolate over.
