In its twelve Chocolate Academies, Barry Callebaut welcomes professionals from around the world to further perfect their chocolate skills.  The Chocolate Academy has developed a wide selection of courses, ranging from introductory courses for novice craftsmen to advanced courses for experienced confectioners.
